All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair extensions, wigs, or other hair products once an order has been placed. This policy is in place to ensure the highest level of hygiene and product quality for all our customers.
Order Cancellations & Refunds
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
• A refund may be issued only in rare cases before processing, subject to a 15% merchant fee deduction from the refund amount.
• No refunds will be issued for abandoned, refused, or returned shipments.
Shipping & Lost Packages
• All orders are shipped with express shipping to ensure timely delivery.
• Once your package is received by the carrier, TRV Extensions is no longer responsible for any delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
• Route protection is automatically added to all orders to safeguard against lost or damaged shipments. If you choose to opt out of this protection, TRV Extensions is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
Damaged or Defective Products
We conduct thorough quality checks before shipping. If you believe you received a defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. Claims made after this timeframe will not be honored.
Address Changes & Incorrect Information
• Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Address changes cannot be made after an order is placed.
• If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for undeliverable packages.
